Boxing Classes

Get to the next level in Boxing!
By passing the level two test you will gain access to level two classes. Expand your boxing technique with new challenging combos, defensive tactics, rhythm and movement.

Personal Training
Our personal training sessions are about more than just working out - it’s about building lasting strength and confidence, while staying motivated. Our experienced trainers work closely with you to create a tailored program based on your goals, whether you are focusing on boxing, strength training, overall wellness, or a combination of all three.
We offer one-on-one and small group sessions that support all boxing and fitness levels. Training sessions are designed to challenge you so you can move better, grow stronger, and age well.
