This Privacy policy applies to the Park Gym (“Company”) 1823 Divisadero Street, San Francisco, CA 94115. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include Park Gym. The company’s website is a Park Gym site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal or personal financial to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include:

(a) Registering for an account – When registering for a gym membership account. Park Gym will collect your name, email, mobile number, and date of birth.

(b) Signing up for special offers from selected parties, or consenting to receive marketing emails or texts about upcoming events and/or promotions from the Park Gym;

(d) When purchasing products and services, you will be doing so through a third-party service (i.e. Glofox, etc.) The Park Gym does not collect your financial information (credit card or other payment information, etc.) when ordering and purchasing products and services.

(e) To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services or products you have requested from us or Park Gym information or promotions. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

This Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visits within the Company, in order to determine what Company services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Company to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operationof the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that you can set in certain web browsers. We do not track the users of our Site over time and across third party websites and therefore do not respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.
